I am a newbie at this but I can’t tell the difference. What should I be looking for?
It’s a very subtle difference so without seeing thousands of balls hook off the end of the pattern it’s hard to notice, but basically, higher RG means it takes the ball longer to work up to the hooking phase. Since pin down drillings increase the RG, you’re looking for the ball to get further down the lane before it starts to hook.
In this clip the difference is very minor, but if you watch the ball come off the end of the pattern (down near the tracers/black lines), you can see the pin down drilling gets slightly further down and out before coming back to the pocket
That Night Road is fire. Don’t care if it’s pin up or down it looks good.
