  1. Chiropractor and PROPERLY removing ear wax (those candles work fyi, CVS has them near the eye drop selection usually if you want to try) from your ears will also help with your natural balance which also will help with you being more stabile at the line.

    1. during covid times my bones are probably all out of wack and I probably have a ton of earwax haha! so bad for bowling xD! thanks for sharing

  2. That’s brilliant! Thanks JR! I’ve been struggling with balance a bit lately. I’ll focus on this in practice.

  3. After about 35 years of deterioration in the cartilage and bones in my knee and I got a replacement. This caused my foot to move about 3 inches left when the missing cartilage was ‘replaced’. I have had problems with balance ever since. I feel that my trail leg is not moving far enough left (right handed) to keep my weight over the foot. This I try to work on in practice.

  4. This is real light bulb moment for me, as I always struggle with my balance at the foul line. I am literally now going to practice, I’ll let you know how it goes. Brilliant.

  5. Hey thanks for the helpful content. I understand ball and sliding leg(ankle) should very close (wrist inside). Have you a tip to keep these distance constant every shot – again and again? Thanks and best greetings from Germany.
