    Both of those balls look really good. I think the Phaze 2 fits your game better, and definitely opens the lanes up better than the Helios.

  2. I have both and I have to agree with all you’ve said. The Helios is earlier and stronger so I have to stay in the oil more and go a little straighter. But if i get it too far right it’ll still come booming in. Only a couple stone 9s. Speed was key for me. Phaze II is a Phaze II: it can do just about anything. Rounder shape down lane, as the lanes break down I can move left and really open up my angles.

  3. Okay I just want to ask changing the surface weakened the Idol ? I know that you want to do a fair comparison yet I don’t play up I prefer to throw 22-20 out to track line or 7-8. Now I have the Power Torque, Knock Out and Melee Midnight is there a fit or overlap. I prefer balls that get threw the heads smoother
