  1. I only made Ball Change based on the feel of my hand incase either gets tired or thumb in pain and my (12 lbs) Brunswick Axis had the distance between the Finger Holes and Thumb Hole were a bit closer by a few inches than my (11 lbs) Brunswick Twist which makes hand relax more.

  3. Ball change requirements for me: ball is burning up, ball motion is too inconsistent, overall wrong ball for the pattern. Like ronnie said, changing balls off a bad shot is not exactly a great idea.

  4. I struggle with this right now in my PBA league. Getting lots of 4 or 10 but afraid to switch as I am close to the pocket at least. I used to always go too weak now I just seem to just be off.

  5. For me its weird, I always end up throwing bad shots when I need to change balls. Like I’ll be striking, then all of a sudden throw 2-3 bad shots, then when I throw a good one, I need a ball change.
