  1. I definitely need to work on this I get around it to early but I throw it hard so sometimes I get the ball to just skid though the whole lane then when I slow down alittle it hooks to much

  2. Thanks for this! I regularly check my style with your videos just to remind me how the proper way of doing things. I also share your videos regularly to some buddies who recently took up bowling and are learning to hook the ball. I’ll tell ya it’s so rewarding seeing them advance in this sport and them finding that a-ha moment when everything I tell them clicks and they get it. Keep up the good work!

  4. My lanes are dry no oil or very little I have no ball movement. Don’t know what to do.
    Makes bowling no fun.

  5. Hurt the outside of of my wrist yesterday. I feel like it was likely a result of a chicken wing and trying to over compensate with the outside of my hand Eidt: I’m 8 weeks into learning how to bowl.

  6. Hey JR, truly appreciate all of the helpful videos. My average jumped from 211 to 228. Thx!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Great stuff as always but I was wondering with the elbow out will that cause you to miss left or is that a different can of worms ???

  8. So how do you this if you have one of those elbows that “deflects” out? What I mean is; if I point the crease of my elbow forward, directly at the pins, my hand/forearm deflect several degrees away from my body?
