I’ll do u one better. As u bring the ball back, u unload ur wrist to get rotation without the ball moving anywhere. I’ll see if I can find u a video.

That’s basically my track when I throw it normally. Problem is, I keep throwing the ball over the thumbhole too half the time. Hard for me to be consistent when the ball is killed like that. Is that the kind of track I want to see? Or is that just a result of the drill?
