    1. They always have done this. They develop a new core and then experiment with covers. Typically a popular core will have at least 3 covers. Solid, hybrid and pearl. If a ball stops selling, they come out with a replacement. As long as it sells, they’ll keep making it. Look at the hyroad and phaze 2 as examples.

  1. Can’t complain too much wiffed the shot on a challenge condition and left an easily makeable spare instead of artwork that ball recovers well
