I think the ball is great I’m more wondering about the finish. Storm announce the two Compounds Smooth Edge and Rough Edge but haven’t send any new releases with the finish.
Smooth Edge and Rough Edge are more or less like Step 2 or Crown Factory Compound. It is definitely not even close to a Reacta Gloss finish. These compounds sound like a 360 pad when you use them on a spinner.

the name was too basic for the high end ball. i’d expect something more like mountain summit or something of the like. just adding hybrid or pearl to the name is very oceania. most of the stuff in this region is that simple or just straight out random. reality solid, gem hybrid, zen asura. so summit pearl is on brand for being off-brand

I’d love to see a comparison between the Summit Pearl and the Journey just to see how different the TX-23 and the TX-16 covers differ, along with the Centripetal HD AI core versus the F-8. I know the RG’s are quite different, however both play off of the Phaze II so it would be cool to see how the “children” compare. Would love this ball both for the scent and the ball motion.
